Sado's 2 shops participate in "Niigata Sushi-zanmai Kiwami"

To celebrate the birth of an ordinance-designated city Niigata in April 2007, sushi makers in Niigata made a new menu. Niigata's local fish with sea urchin, tuna, and salmon roe. Careful selection of fine sushi (3,000yen for 10 pieces with a bowl of soup.) These are "the Kiwami: the best." As the advertisement said like "You cannot talk about Niigata without eating them," the project recruits the shops approval.
