Jogahama Bathing Beach features crystal clear water and a white, sandy beach. It is a popular bathing beach located next to Sunrise Jogahama, an accommodation which offers day-trip, hot spring bathing services. At this event, the beach becomes thronged with families and homecoming holiday-takers, beachcombing for clams hidden on the edge of the surf. Bring small children, too, as there is a play area for them. If you find a marked clam, you will receive a small prize. You can, also, take home the clams you harvest.
