Ryotsu Port
This is one of the gateways to Sado Island, connected to Niigata Port on the mainland side. There are also restaurants and stores, so be sure to prepare well before the start.

Toki no Mori Park
This is a facility where you can observe the crested ibis, a Special National Natural Treasure, up close. The store's edamame soft serve is a hidden gem.

Ushio Shrine
This shrine is located in a district called Katagami. The elaborate carvings on the worship hall are worth seeing. Every year in June, there is a bonfire Noh performance.

Shiizaki Hot Springs
Three hot spring bathhouses are superbly located along the shores of Lake Kamo. Day-trip bathing is also an option, so relax and refresh after a day of biking.

Shiizaki Suwa Shrine Noh Stage
This shrine and Noh stage are located on a hill overlooking Lake Kamo, and from May to October, fantastic bonfire Noh performances can be seen here in the evening.
