Sado City Subsidy Program for Cultural and Sports Training Camps
This subsidy is provided to schools that Sado City deems appropriate for coming to Sado Island to conduct preliminary research and study before implementing educational tours on Sado Island, and to subsidize part of the participation expenses.
Subsidy Eligibility
The subsidy covers the actual cost of using a rental car from a company on Sado Island for the preliminary inspection.
The upper limit is 7,000 yen per day, or 15,000 yen for one night and two days.
Note: Gasoline is included.
How to apply and request a subsidy
Please download the application form from the link below. Please note that applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
(1) Please submit the application form (Form No. 1) and the implementation itinerary (Attachment 1) by fax.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Please send the application at least 3 days prior to the implementation.
(2) If deemed appropriate, the applicant will be notified of the decision (Form No. 2).
After the implementation of the project, please submit a request for grant (Form No. 3) with the receipt attached, together with the questionnaire (Attachment 2) by postal mail.
(4) After receiving the invoice, the funds will be transferred to the school's bank account by the end of the following month.
*Only direct application from the school is accepted.
