Sawata Fresh Fish Centre Kasuke is located on the Sawata bypass. It sells fresh fish from the surrounding sea of Sado, processed products such as dried fish, and other Sado specialties. Founded in 1848, and specialising in fugu processing, Kasuke is the only fishmonger in Sado which produces and supplies the special delicacy, "Fugunoko Kasuzuke".
