A hotel with long-standing traditions and a distinctive character: Hotel Mancho
Claiming the wealthiest farmer in Sado as an ancestor, Hotel Mancho was established in 1950. It stands at the seashore in Aikawa, facing the setting sun and the fires lit on boats to lure fish at night. Dishes are prepared from rustic seafood and the riches of the soil by chefs with delicate techniques. The in-house art gallery displays many exhibits, including Buddha statues that have been collected over generations, and the writings of three people with "shu" in their name (Katsu Kaishu, Tesshu Yamaoka and Deishu Takahashi), who are famous for their superb handwriting and lived at the end of the Edo Period (19th century). Hotel Mancho is situated close to Sado Kinzan Gold Mine and Kasugazaki, and offers opportunities for a variety of activities.

Aikawa Onsen Ryokan Doyu
Ryokan Doyu is a Japanese-style inn estbalished in 1999 in Kasugazaki, a scenic spot in Aikawa. All guestrooms and large bathing rooms have a view of the grand Sea of Japan, the beautiful setting sun, and the scene of the fire lit on boats which is used to lure fish at night. This inn offers a perfect setting to enjoy activities on mountains or in the sea. Amazawa Ryokan is a long-established Japanese-style inn in Hamochi Ohashi, established in the early Showa Period (early 20th century). Fukusukeya Ryokan
With a long history of over 90 years, Fukusukeya Ryokan is situated in the Negai village, known for Sai no Kawara, a spot which has a legend that it is a bank of a river which flows between heaven and hell, where deceased children go and play building small stone towers. Hananoki Inn
Hananoki Inn is housed in a 150-year old Japanese house transferred and reassembled on about 3,300㎡ of land. Hananoki stands calmly in the borrowed scenery of mountains, where Buddha statues carved into rock, and the huge Kofuku Jizo statue act as backdrops. Repeat customers return for the wholeheartedly prepared dishes made from locally sourced ingredients. The inn has, on the premises, a pottery factory of the inn's master, Tosei Watanabe. The inn also hosts concerts with unique programming.

As the signboard bearing "Izuei Bekkan (annex)" suggests, the long-established eel restaurant "Izuei" in Ueno Ikenohata, Tokyo, is the owner of the hotel. Kanecho Ryokan
A ryokan in the Sawada area that has been in business for about 100 years. It is close to Sawada Beach, which can be seen from the rooms, and can be reached in swimsuits. Currently, the ryokan is open only for overnight stays with no meals. For this reason, the inn has stopped serving home-cooked meals and introduces guests to nearby restaurants such as kappo restaurants that use local ingredients in abundance. Another attraction is the beautiful sunset.
