Free Shuttle Bus in Aikawa on Sado Island

A free shuttle bus operates between key sites in the Aikawa Gold Mine area. This service runs until October 2025, so take advantage of this hassle-free way to discover Sado’s UNESCO World Heritage site. 

How to Use the Shuttle

If you are traveling to Aikawa by car or bike, park at Kirarium Sado.

Sightseeing bus stops are different than the regular city bus. Get on at the gold bus stops!

The shuttle bus service is free of charge and operates on a regular schedule. See the timetable below!
