Inn and Restaurant Minato
Ryoso Minato takes pride in its sea front location, and meals packed full of seafood caught with bag-shaped nets and caught at Takachi Fishing Port. You can enjoy a specialty dish "Ika Somen (literally "squid noodles": fine strips of fresh squid) served with home-made sauce at the restaurant on site. Nyuzaki Beach is located at a 5-minute walk from the inn, where you can enjoy camping and barbecue. The inn is also located close to the Ishige trekking route, and the entry point to the Sado natural cedar trees route. You can simultaneously enjoy the mountains and the sea to your satisfaction.

Guest House with Sushi Nagahamaso Sakanadojo
Nagahamaso is a guest house located on the way to Ogi along the sea from Mano. It is in a great location with Mano Bay as its backdrop. Its changing menu reflects the day's catch and enjoys a good reputation. Ask about the economy-package for business use. The attached restaurant features a large fish tank that keeps abalones, turban shellfish, flatfish, and so on, alive! Lunch and dinner are served for both guests and non-guests.

Hananoki Inn
Hananoki Inn is housed in a 150-year old Japanese house transferred and reassembled on about 3,300㎡ of land. Hananoki stands calmly in the borrowed scenery of mountains, where Buddha statues carved into rock, and the huge Kofuku Jizo statue act as backdrops. Repeat customers return for the wholeheartedly prepared dishes made from locally sourced ingredients. The inn has, on the premises, a pottery factory of the inn's master, Tosei Watanabe. The inn also hosts concerts with unique programming.

The Masaragawa area is known for the Kaifu Ohashi bridge over the Ozare River strath. The unparalleled view over the sea of Sotokaifu is stunning. Inside Guesthouse Hayashiso, prints of large fish including yellowtail amberjack, red seabream, black porgy, etc. are displayed, and the inn is famous among fishers coming from the outside of Sado. The owner, who is a fisherman, will take you off-shore by a fishing boat (for a charge) , where he will grill your catch or serve it as sashimi.

Ryokan Futatsugameso is in a great location, incorporating Futatsugame, a clustor of massive offshore outcrops named for what they resemble, two turtles, into their garden landscape. Futatsugame Bathing Beach is right in front of the hotel, where the water is the clearest in Sado. This is an inn run by a parent and child, who are both fishermen, and fresh seafood including sea bream, flatfish, and turban shells caught with their fixed net and gill net, are served for dinner. Sashu Oyarikan (Aikawa Tourist Exchange Center)
The perfect base for a walking tour, Sashu Oyarikan was established after repairing a historical accommodation named Sashukan, where celebrities, like famous writers, once stayed. Oyari means "take it easy" in the Aikawa dialect. Sashu Oyarikan has a lounge, exhibition rooms and public restrooms on the first floor, so please feel free to visit us. The second floor is designed for simple lodging for students (18-years-old and up) and is available for training camps, study trips and seminars.

Minshuku Takayama
Minshuku Takayama is situated behind Shukunegi Post Office in the Takayama area of Shukunegi. Here, you can enjoy delicacies from the sea, such as turban shellfish and abalones, etc. which the master, who is a fisherman himself, catches in a traditional manner on a tub boat. Minshuku Takayama takes pride in hand-kneaded soba (buckwheat) noodles, and they enjoy immense popularity. Guests sometimes enjoy talking and drinking together gathered around the sunken hearth in the lounge. A bottle of Japanese sake (Hokusetsu Kinboshi), bearing Takayama's original label on its bottle, is a perfect souvenir.

Fusubemura is a hands-on learning centre located in Kodomari, with an accommodation available on-site. One cottage contains a dining room, living room and bedrooms for five people, and this is perfect for families and groups of friends. Toki Koryu Kaikan
Toki Koryu Kaikan is a facility with lodging rooms established to promote the "Island Development for Both People and Toki" initiative. With forests behind, Toki Koryu Kaikan provides training programmes to learn about the preservation of farming landscapes near mountains. It can also cater to the demands of volunteer groups and school trips, and offers study sessions such as "A Lecture on Toki" and "Biotope-Making and Small Wildlife Creatures Observation." Rubber boots and other tools are available for rent for session participants and students.
