Order Process

  • (1) Submit the inquiry form below. Feel free to include any requests for accommodations, places you want to visit or things you hope to do on Sado Island.
  • (2) We’ll check the details of your inquiry with you by phone or email to craft an itinerary for you.
  • (3) We’ll send you your custom itinerary, estimate, travel conditions, and order form by email.
  • (4) We can work with you to make any necessary adjustments to the plan. Once everything looks good, please submit the order form.
  • (5) We will send you the finalized travel contract and invoice by email.
  • (6) We will send you a payment link to pay for your travel online by credit card.
  • (7) We will send you all the travel confirmation documents, exchange tickets for the ferry, etc. by email.
  • (8) Enjoy your custom trip!

  • We require a travel consultation fee to create your custom itinerary plan and estimate (5,000 yen per itinerary).
