Luggage Delivery Service
You’re here to relax, so travel Sado with ease by utilizing our hand luggage delivery service.
Leave it us to transfer your luggage from and to Ryotsu and Ogi port.
From and to Ryotsu Port
Send to your accommodation：Available for morning arrivals. Luggage will be delivered to your accommodation by 5pm.
Send to Ryotsu Port：Drop your luggage at the designated accommodation by 8am. Luggage will be delivered to Ryotsu port by 12pm.

- 1,000 yen per piece of luggage (one-way)
- Luggage drop-off and pick-up point
- Sado Tourism Association Information Center (Ryotsu Sado Kisen Terminal, 2nd floor)

From and to Ogi Port
Sending Luggage from Ogi Port to your Hotel
Luggage delivery from Ogi port is available to select accommodations. To arrange delivery, please request in advance before boarding the ferry at the Sado Kisen Naoetsu Information Center. You will be asked your name and be given a delivery slip to fill out while on board.
Send Luggage to your Hotel: After arriving at Ogi Port, drop your luggage and delivery slip off at the ‘delivery dedicated desk’ near the ferry exit by 9:50 am.
Send Luggage to the Ogi Port: On your day of departure, drop your luggage at the hotel front desk by 8:00 am. It will be delivered to the port by 14:00, so please pick up your luggage at the ‘delivery dedicated desk’ any time before you board the 17:20 ferry.

・A list of accepted accommodations is available here.
・The maximum sum of the three dimensions of your luggage must be within 160cm. The maximum allowed weight is 30kg.
